Looking after the needs and wants of our younger customers is one of the most rewarding parts of our job here at Barnstaple Equestrian Supplies. We just love seeing young equestrians relishing a visit to our shop, our Junior Discount Card is our way of making shopping with us In Store even more fun.
Launched in December 2023 our Junior Discount Card is a great way for ALL of our younger horsey customers to come and enjoy their visit with us here in store even more with the bonus of a discount.
Who Is Eligible For A Junior Discount Card
Our Junior Discount Card is for our younger customers who will not be eligible for their own account with us. A Card Holder will need to be under 16 at the time of commencing their card. Should the Card Holder turn over 16 during the year that is fine you can continue using it until you either complete the card, it expires or you create a full online account with us.
How Do I Claim My Card
That is super easy, just ask when you are next in store and we will write one out for you.
How Long Does It Last For
Our Junior Discount Cards run from December to December each year. To collect your next card just pop into store and we will happily issue you a Card.
How To Use Your Junior Club Card
Simply present the card at the till, we will stamp your card on each visit and deduct off the discount from your purchase appropriate to your visit. You can use 1 discount token for each visit.
Can I Claim My First Discount When I Collect My Card
Yes you can, if you want to, or you might prefer to save it for your next visit to us.
What If I Lose My Card
No problem we can start a new card for you, just ask when you next pop in.
Can I Use My Card Online
Unfortunately not as the card is for our younger customers who would not be eligible for an online account.
Terms
- Excludes discounted / sales products and Feed & Bedding.
- Card holder will need to be present to claim their discount.
- The purchase will need to be processed on its own transaction.
- Once the card holder acquires their own online account then this will supersede their Junior Discount Card as our full account holders are able to then join our Rewards Scheme on our website.
- No Reward Points can be redeemed on the same purchase
