If you are not in any of these Post Codes and still wish to collect from us then add our Post Code in which is EX31 4JL
1. Log Into Your Account (If you are not logged in, our system will not know that you live in our Click & Collection or a Local Van Delivery areas.)
2. Shop for your items
3. In the Check Out Information Page select Pick Up, you will then see on the next screen your Click & Collection options
During Shop Hours
Collections available Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm
After placing your order, Click & Collection is normally available the same day for items showing as on site but please wait for your email confirming your order is ready to collect.
Please wait for our awaiting collection email before coming up to collect.
Click & Collections After Hours
If you are unable to collect within our hours above you can select Click & Collection After Hours.
You will then receive an email once your order is ready for collection from our Click & Collection box.
Please note we will only email you once all of your order is in stock and ready for collection, unless you tell us otherwise.
