How To Book A Van Delivery

Please ensure you have registered on our website with the full delivery address, email and phone number included on your account.  We will be unable to complete your order without this.

Know your What3Words  This is super handy and ensures we deliver your order to exactly where you want it!.  

Please ensure you are asking us to place your order in a safe, dry place otherwise we can not be help responsible for your order.  If there are no specific directions your order will be placed at the entrance of your address.

The quickest way is to place your order online

  1. Log Into Your Account - If you are not logged in, our system will not know that you live in our Local Van Delivery areas.
  2. Shop for your items and yes everything and anything can be included on your order, from haynets to hay bales!
  3. In the Cart you are able to add any notes for your order, eg your what3words for where you want the delivery placed. In the Check Out you can then select your Van Delivery.

We also process orders in the following ways but it will cause a delay in processing your order.  We always encourage customers to place their orders direct onto our website.

What Is Your Delivery Area?

What Are Your Charges & When Do You Deliver?

We work hard to bring you our very best prices and with this in mind we offer excellent bulk discounts on pallet prices, however, to make these viable to then deliver there is a handling fee added to cover the delivery costs on products with such high discounts.   These prices are clearly shown at your checkout.

Area 1    Wednesday    EX31 - North of the River, EX32, EX33, EX34, EX35

  • £100 - Min order value
  • £100 - £199.99 £15 delivery charge
  • £200 and over £10 delivery charge
  • £300 FOC

    (excludes yard deliveries for which there is no min and no delivery charge due to making multiple deliveries at one location)


Area 2     Thursday   EX31 - South of the River, EX38, EX39

  • £100 - Min order value
  • £100 - £199.99 £15 delivery charge
  • £200 and over £10 delivery charge
  • £300 FOC

Area 3   Friday             EX35, EX36, EX37

  • Min order value of £100
  • £100 to £199.99 Charge of £25

Can You Deliver To My Livery Yard?

Yes we can, we have set days for when we deliver to specific yards.   So far we have

  • Higher Mainstone
  • Mullacott
  • Hollamoor
  • Follyfoot
  • Codden Hill

When placing your order please select your yard as the delivery address and you will then see the option for Yard Delivery.   You will then be able to place orders of any amount with no charge.   

Please place your order via our website, we will then delivery all the orders together on the specific day allocated to your yards delivery.   Each customers order will be placed on their allocated What3Words spot.  Those without a What3Words spot will be placed all together.

My Yard Is Not Listed?

Please call us to let us so we can discuss our special Yard Delivery Service.


How Does It Work?

  1. You place your order
  2. We message you to let you know when your order has been picked ready for that weeks delivery slot in your area.
  3. We phone on the morning of the delivery to confirm your delivery and to check any last minute details
  4. We arrive with your delivery and place it on your What3Words.
  5. We message you with a photo of where your order has been placed.


The Item I Want Is Not In Stock


Don't worry we enable you to purchase products which are not a regular stock item for us.   These are shown as Pre-Order - Please ensure we have your order with us for the Monday morning of that week to ensure we have time to order in any necessary requirements. 

Any items ordered that we do not receive will be due to our suppliers awaiting stock and is beyond our control, some special order items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive into stock so please allow for this when placing your orders.


What if part of my order is out of stock?

  1. Any out of stock items will be re-ordered for you and added onto your next delivery.   
  2. You are welcome to collect these from us if this is a better option for you.


How Much Can You Deliver In 1 Delivery

Our delivery van can carry up to 1,200Kg or equivalent to 60 bags of feed or approx 40 bales of haylage or bedding.

I Don't See An Option For Van Delivery

Are you logged in?  Our website will not know you live local to us unless you are logged in.

Is your delivery within our Post Code area? If not you are welcome to call us and we will see if we are still able to delivery to other addresses across North Devon.

Need To Tell Us Something?

In your cart there is a notes box that you can use to tell us of any special instructions, like your What3Words.

Do You Run Credit Accounts?

We're afraid we don't - all orders need to be paid for at the time of placing them.

Errors and Omissions

Please note prices quoted are estimated prices and to the best of our ability correct.

From time to time errors and price changes can happen and so we reserve the right to withdraw the item should it be unviable for us to dispatch at the price offered, in this case we will offer a full refund or the option to pay the extra.
